Returns and Refunds

Returns are arranged after a completed sale, not from an enquiry alone. Contact support with your invoice details to start a return.

Unused items in original packing may be reviewed within the window shared at confirmation. Refunds, replacements, or credit are decided case by case.

Message WhatsApp or email support@prodigytools.com to request a product return.
